ONE USED 2015 GROVE TELESCOPIC HYDRAULIC CRAWLER CRANE,
MODEL GHC75, 77 TON CAPACITY C/W:
BOOM: 36 -118 ft. 1 in. (11 - 36 m) 4-section, sequenced synchronized, full power boom, integral holding valve on the telescope cylinders. Seven (7) quick reeve nylatron sheaves in the main boom nose.
BOOM EXTENSION: 26 ft. 3 in. (8m) offsettable swingaway extension with integral offset mechanism for offsets at, 0°, 20° and 40°. Also included is an auxiliary boom nose.
BOOM ELEVATION: One double-acting hydraulic cylinder (-3° to 81°) with integral holding valve.
LOAD MOMENT AND ANTI-TWO BLOCK SYSTEM ("Graphical RCL"): Audio-visual (light/buzzer) warning and control lever lockout system with graphical display of boom angle, length, radius, max permissible load, momentary load, advanced diagnostics review, and optimized operational settings. Equipped with event recorder.
CAB: Large capacity operator´s compartment that includes an air suspended operator's seat with intervertebral disc support, heated seat, headrest, three inch safety belt, ergonomic control panels, load sensing electric dual axis joystick controls, exceptional sound insulation, sliding door (includes sliding window), excellent all around visibility, tinted safety glass, front tiltable window, large skylight w/ sun
protection, windshield and roof wiper/washer system, radio w/ CD player, climate control (A/C, heat, and defrost), fire extinguisher, and, 20° tilt capability for improved overhead vision and ergonomic posture. Seven inch monitor in cab for rear view, right side, and hoist cameras.
SWING: Powerful swing drive includes one slewing gear, large dimensional slewing ring, 360° continuous rotation, w/ electronic swing break via foot pedal.
COUNTERWEIGHT: 38,450 lbs. (17 440 kg) consisting of four pieces and a baseplate. 17,637 lbs. (8000 kg) Carbody counterweight consisting of two pieces (front & rear). Counterweight is hydraulically installed and removed.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: Efficient single load sensing/LUDV piston pump for all crane functions with a three section gear pump for water and hydraulic oil cooler motors as well as pilot operation.
MAIN AND AUX HOIST: Axial piston hydraulic motor, planetary gear with a line pull of 16,928 lbs. (7 678 kg) with precision hoist control. Includes rope tensioning roller, safety device for third wrap indication and drum rotation indicator for both hoists.
WIRE ROPE: 5/8 in. (16 mm) diameter, rotation resistant, wire rope installed on both main and aux hoist.
HOOK BLOCK: 38.5 USt (35 t) 3 sheave, quick reeving with swivel hook and safety latch
HEADACHE BALL: 5.5 USt (5t)
ENGINE: Cummins QSB6.7L (Tier IV final), 6 cylinder, 228 hp (168kW) @ 2000 rpm
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Two 12 V maintenance free batteries, 24 V electrical system w/ battery disconnect switch.
LOWER STRUCTURE: Hydraulically extendable undercarriage with maintenance-free B6 crawlers (62 track shoes) with 36 in. (900mm) triple-bar track shoes, canted. Two-stage track motors for higher travel speed.
LIGHTS: Lighting system includes two halogen lights integrated in the front side of the cab roof and one LED headlight on the upper carriage at the right side
CRANESTAR: Hardware for CraneSTAR asset management system
MISCELLANEOUS STANDARD EQUIPMENT: Central, easily accessible lubricating strip, storage box on undercarriage, rear view mirrors, engine compartment with decoupled engine suspension, sound proofing, and lighting. External RCL light bar. Grated platform in front and side of cab.Catwalk on both sides of the upper structure that are removable.
