Carry out CraneSafe inspection by registered Cranesafe inspector Remove Winch and strip for NDT Inspection Strip Boom sections for NDT inspection Remove wheels for NDT inspection of all suspension mounting points. Inspect Brakes replace as required. Overhaul Brake boosters using quality Brake Diaphrams. Replace all Brake QR Valves. Rear Steering Joints Linebored and fitted with new Pins Bearings and Seals. NDT inspection of Steering Cylinder mounts. NDT inspection of Steering Cylinder Clevises Steering Cylinders were Stripped and Resealed Refit Steering Cylinders NDT Inspection of Rims. Replacement of Critical Hoses inc. Steering, Luff cyl, Extension Cylinder, Winch, Fuel Hoses, Pump Suction and Return Hoses Overhaul winch brake, Winch Gearbox NDT Inspected. Wiinch reassembled. Winch Mounts NDT Inspected, as per requirements Boom Welds NDT Inspected, as per requirements Visual Inspection of Boom Sections using new wear pads as required. Boom Pivots Inspected and Adjusted. Paint and refit wheels with new Westlake tyres , Spare Wheel in good condition fitted to OEM Spare Wheel Carrier Refit winch rope. Carry Out full function testing including Line pull as per OEM Specs Engine Carry out full Mechanical Inspection, replacing, Turbo, Intercooler Hoses, Thermostats, Coolant, Alternator, Engine Belt, Idler Bearing and Tensioner Bearings Air Conditioning Compressor, High Pressure hose, Upgraded Sigma Air Conditioning Evapourator in cab. New Reciever Drier and Regassed with R134A Air Conditioning Gas. Exhaust Muffler, Chrome Tip and Chrome Muffler surround replaced. Driveline Allison Transmission inspected and fluids replaced using Fully Synthetic fluids, including OEM filters. Transfer Case Fluids replaced uing quality 85W/140 Mineral Gear Oil to OEM spec. All Universal Joints inspected and greased using quality EP Grade grease. Differentials and Wheel Ends were drained and refilled with quality 85w/140 Mineral Gear Oil. Brake Drums removed and Brake shoes inspected. Brake Boosters were stripped with diaphrams replaced and new Bolts fitted Brake Quick Release valve were replaced with OEM valves Brake Treadle Valve Replaced with new fittings. Brake Hoses checked Hydraulics A complete replacement of hydraulic system using quality 68 grade Mineral Hydraulic fluid Hydraulic Sight Glass in tank replaced, Inspection covers resealed against weeping. Critical Hoses replaced including, Steering Hoses, Luff Cylinder Hoses, Pilot Hoses, Winch hoses, Extension Cylinder Hoses, Artic Hoses, Pump Suction and Return Hose Function cut Solenoids replaced on Main Valve Block Full Function Test of all Hydraulic system. Cabin Windscreen and Top window resealed to prevent leaking Rubber Floor Matts replaced Cabin Carpet Replaced throughout iincluding to the roof to act as sound deadener All Door Latches and Gas Struts replaced Additional sound deadening added to floor and under carpeted areas. Door Seals Replaced New Seat Belts fitted to Drivers and Riggers seat Heavy Duty Seat cover fitted to riggers seat Compliance Decals Fitted as required to inside the cabin Air Conditioner Evapourator upgraded to high efficiency, Sigma unit and system regassed with R134A air conditioning refridgerant Radio system upgraded to a Pioneer Touch screen including Bluetooth and 4 - 6x9 Kenwood Speaker system Electrical Alternator was replaced with upgraded unit. All Function switches were checked and lumination globes replaced. Battery Box overhauled with new Constant Duty Solenoid, Main and Start isolators and auto reset circuit breakers. Gme 80 channel 2 way and aerial fitted New Redarc 12v power reducer has been fitted, powering the Stereo System, Wireless Reverse camera, and USB cup holders. Headlights, Clearance lights and Side Marker lights replaced with LED New 3B6 Computer Screen has been fitted Batteries replaced Body Minespec Handrails painted in Safety Yellow New Main Roads compliant Reflective Chevrons fitted to Boom Sections, Front and Rear Bumpers. Rust Removed and Vehicle prepped and painted in quality 2 Pak Paint throughout. New 9kg Fire Extinguisher fitted with overcentre Bracket Remove Timber Bumpers Rear replaced with Nylon. Door Mount replaced Chain Locker Door replaced Compliance Decal fitted to body of the crane as required Install Lincoln Auto Greaser plumbed to each critical point
