59HP Diesel HPU 2-Winch Control spec data
HPU Features, subject to change without notice:
• Open Frame HPU capable of generating up to 24 GPM and 2300 PSI for one winch at a time operation
• The PSI can be modified for various operational requirements.
• 1) 2 section valve
• 1) 59HP Hatz 3H50 enclosed diesel engine to keep engine out of the elements
• 1) 24GPM fixed displacement gear pump @ 2000RPM
• Limit engine to 2000RPM since near max HP achieved and max torque achieved for increased engine and pump longevity along with decreased fuel consumption.
• 1) 3000 PSI pressure gauge for system monitoring
• 1) Pump/Engine adapter
• 1) Hydraulic oil tank. Oil reservoir to have sight level/temp gauge, and filler/breather.
• 1) Custom mounting skid with forklift tubes and (4) lift eyes,.
• 1) Fuel system with ~15-gallon diesel fuel tank, fuel line and fittings.
• 1) 10-micron return line filter with clogging indicator gauge
• 1) 12vdc battery and heavy-duty cables.
• 1) Control panel containing the following: Ignition key, throttle control and engine warnings.
• 1) 2 section A+B to T center spool lever controlled hydraulic manifold with relief - (1 working port receiving pressure at a time, unloads when not in use to reduce power consumption and heat generation)
• 1) Set of hoses for tank to pump, pump to manifold, manifold to tank connections and manifold to winches (winches mounted to HPU base).
