ONE NEW 2024 NATIONAL TRUCK MOUNTED HYDRAULIC CRANE, MODEL NBT55128 complete with: Capacity: 55 ton (49.9 mt) capacity Boom, Five (5) section, 32- 128 ft (9,5 - 39 m) four plate, full power boom. Boom elevation -8° to +80°. Full power telescoping cylinder with integral holding valve. Three (3) quick reeve cast iron sheaves. Jib Option: 26 - 45 ft (7,9 - 13,7 m) telescoping boom extension offsettable at 0 and 30 degrees (side fold for stowing) Boom Elevation: One (1) double acting hydraulic lift cylinder with integral holding valve. Rated Capacity Limiter & Anti-two Block Systems: Graphical color RCL system with audio/visual warning system and control lever lockout. Electronic display of boom angle, boom length, relative load moment indication, rated load, load, radius and boom tip height. External anti-two block system. Standard WADS (Work Area Definition System) allows operator to pre-select and define safe working areas. When crane approaches set limits, audio/visual warnings alert the operator of the jobsite obstructions. Tilting Crane Cab: All steel construction with a 0° to 20° hydraulic tilting cab with acoustical lining and tinted glass, deluxe seat with armrest mounted electronic controllers, windshield with electric wiper, sliding skylight with wiper and sunshade, hot water cab heater with defroster (diesel fired with remote diesel tank mounted to cab and coolant tank mounted to turret), circulating fan, air conditioning, fire extinguisher, dual cab mounted work lights, engine start/stop switches, hour meter (shown on the RCL display) and signal horn Swing: 360 degree continuous rotation, planetary "Glide Swing" with foot actuated multi-disc brake and pinion guard. Counterweight: Two (2) 3,000 lbs (1.360 kg) hydraulically removable counterweight slabs, Also 700 lbs (318 kg) counterweight mounted (not needed if auxiliary winch is ordered) Hydraulic System: Pressure compensated, load sense, closed-center hydraulic system with one(1) left-hand rotation, variable displacement piston pump. 100 gal (378,5 L) hydraulic reservoir, external sight level indicator, filter condition indicator, oil temperature gauge and oil cooler with electric fan and butterfly valve on the suction line. Hoist: One (1) main hoist with grooved drum, two-speed power up and down, automatic multi-disc brake, electronic drum rotation indicator (DRI), last layer indicator (LLI), and drum cable follower. Bare drum maximum pull 15,000 pounds (6.308,8 kg) low speed. Wire Rope: 450 ft (137,2 m) of 5/8 in (16 mm) diameter 35x7 (5:1 design factor) for main hoist. Single line pull 11,280 pounds (5116,5 kg) Line Blocks: - Round Headache ball with swivel – 250 lbs - 20 ton (18,1 mt) 410 pounds (186 kg) single sheave, "Quick Reeve" type block with swivel hook and safety latch. - 40 ton (36,3 mt) 599 pounds (271kg) three sheave block for four/six part reeving hook block. Outriggers: Hydraulic front and rear. Two section extendable beams with integral check valves for 360 degree operation, 20 in (508 mm) diameter light weight polymeric outrigger floats and three position settings (0%, 50%, and 100%). Controls located in crane cab and both sides of subframe. Outrigger Monitoring System included. Single front outrigger. Decking/Ladders/Bumpers: Full length 102" width aluminum decking, fold down ladder on drivers side that aligns with crane cab and a portable aluminum ladder that stows at the rear of the crane (can be used for crane cab access on passenger side of crane and on the driver and passenger's side over the rear bumper, two(2) mud flaps which attach to truck frame and full width rear bumper which bolts to truck frame. Miscellaneous Standard Equipment: 360 degree stable, Back-up alarm, outrigger motion alarm, marker and indicator lights, remote control "bump" switch to control main winch and aux winch(as required), two(2) English owner's manuals (1 paper & 1 USB flash drive), and EET included.
