ONE NEW 2026 MANITOWOC CRAWLER CRANE, MODEL MLC80A-1, C/W: SERIAL NUMBER: 91001147 CAPACITY: 80 US ton/72 Metric tonne ROTATING BED: Fabricated steel rotating bed ships mounted to carbody as standard. DRUMS: Basic machine is equipped with an independent main drum (Drum 2) assembly and independent whip drum (Drum 1) assembly mounted in the rotating bed. Each drum is driven by a variable-displacement hydraulic motor through a planetary reduction. Drums are grooved for 26 mm wire rope. Main hoist (Drum 2) and whip drum (Drum 1) have 12 500 kg (27,550 lb) linepull on all layers with a 735 mm (28.94") drum diameter. Powered hoisting/ lowering operation with automatic spring applied, hydraulically released multi-disc brakes, and drum rotation indicators standard. WIRE ROPE: 702 ft liftcrane load line (5:1 s.f.) 26 mm diameter rotation resistant. 580 ft liftcrane whip line (5:1 s.f.) 26 mm diameter rotation resistant BOOM HOIST: Independent boom hoist consists of a single drum grooved for 20 mm (0.75") diameter wire rope. Includes 112 m (367 ft) of 0.75" diameter wire rope to accommodate 8 part reeving. SWING SYSTEM: Rotating bed mounted independent swing is powered by a fixed displacement hydraulic motor coupled to an internal brake and planetary reduction. Lubrication manifold for turntable bearing is standard. ENGINE: Cummins Model QSB6.7 Tier 4f diesel engine rated 224 kW (300 HP) at 2100 RPM provides independent power for all machine operations through the multi-hydraulic pump transmission. Power system also includes engine block heater (240 V), engine oil pan heater (240 V), air intake grid heater, exhaust after treatment, variable speed hydraulic cooling fan, hydraulic oil cooler, radiator, charge air cooler, and fuel cooler. One (1) 378 liter (100 gal) capacity diesel fuel tank. 500 hour engine service kit. 1000 hour hydraulic service filter kit provided with initial shipment. OPERATOR'S STATION: Fully enclosed and insulated galvannealed steel module mounted to the left front corner of rotating bed. Module is equipped with sliding door, large safety glass windows on all sides and roof. Signal horn, cab space heater, front and roof windshield wipers, dome light, drum viewing mirror, sun visor and shade, fire extinguisher, air conditioning and swing and travel alarm are standard. CONTROLS: The Crane Control System offers a user-friendly interface, two full graphic displays mounted vertically for better visibility, a jog dial for easier data input and ergonomic joysticks. CARBODY ASSEMBLY: Connects rotating bed to crawler assemblies. High strength fabricated steel assembly with telescoping cylinders for retracted crawler position CRAWLER ASSEMBLIES: Crawler assemblies are 6,468 m (21’ 2”) long with 900 mm (35.5”) wide cast steel crawler pads and sealed intermediate rollers. Each crawler is powered independently by a variable displacement hydraulic motor. Crawlers provide ample tractive effort that allows counter-rotation with lifted load. BOOM: 31m (200.1) boom consisting of (2) 3m (9.8ft), (1) 6 m (19.7 ft) and (3) 12 m (39.4 ft) inserts with 19.7ft (6 m) butt, and 23' (7 m) top. Boom angle indicator, pendant rigging, and boom hoist wire rope included. Boom backstops and boom over-hoist prevention device and anti-two block limit controls for main and whip lines are standard. COUNTERWEIGHT: Consists of upperworks counterweight tray 17,800 lb (8 100 kg) and qty 2 upper counterweights 13,800 lb (6 255 kg) with a total weight of 45,400 lb (20 610 kg). ADDITIONAL OPTONS INCLUDED: SERIES 2 COUNTERWEIGHT: Consists of two additional upper side counterweights 6 255 kg (13,800 lbs) each, and two carbody counterweights 5 250 kg (11,550 lbs) and when combined with the basic Series 1, the total counterweight is 33 120 kg (73,000 lbs) upper and 10 500 kg (23,100 lbs) carbody. BOOM OPTIONS: Detachable upper boom point with one 24" (61 cm) diameter tapered roller bearing sheave for No. 290 boom top. Wind anemometer & boom top position light. ENGINE OPTION: Cold weather package consisting of heaters for engine coolant, engine oil, hydraulic tank, batteries, and computer display. Power source by others.
