XCMG Official XCA1800G9-1 Used Giant Crane Built for Wind Turbines
Seven section 98.1m main arm, 28-100m wind turbine arm, with over a hundred working condition combinations, excellent lifting performance; Nine section 125m main arm (optional), the main arm can meet the maintenance of some 110m wind power by exceeding the lifting condition. Configurable wind turbine arm, fixed auxiliary arm, variable amplitude auxiliary arm, three types of lifting angles, three types of leg spans, and three balance weight positions, with strong environmental adaptability.
Automatic lifting technology for variable amplitude auxiliary arm: The main arm's variable amplitude/extension, tower roll retraction and other operations are automated, and the variable amplitude auxiliary arm's lifting and lowering arms are automatically completed, saving 30 minutes for one operation preparation and completion, and increasing efficiency by more than 40%.
Equipped with multiple heavy-duty transition states, it can carry all lifting arms, super lifts, all supporting legs (including foot plates), spare tires, and brackets for transition, saving transportation costs and reducing operating expenses.
The compactness of the whole machine has been greatly improved, with a driving height of 4.5m for the main arm and 4.6m for the super lift (low suspension), which can pass through most height limited roads such as bridge openings and power lines.
The hook is interchangeable with XCA1600~2000, and the counterweight is interchangeable with XCA400~XCA2000, reducing purchasing costs and improving operational capabilities.

XCMG RECONDITIONED MACHINE
XCMG reconditioned machine is the second-hand machine program launched by XCMG for the post market.
XCMG takes advantage of its dealers network to collect the second-hand XCMG machine that falls into strict standards: good condition, full function and low service hours.
The returned machine is then disassembled, repaired, painted, rebuilt and tested officially by XCMG, and the product life is therefore extended.
The price of XCMG reconditioned machine is far lower than that of the new one, but its performance and safety are not compromised thanks to XCMG's state-of-the-art processes and technologies.
In order to dispel customers' concerns, XCMG establishes a strict evaluation system for reconditioned machines and invites SGS to issue third-party certification.

1.What’s the warranty policy for XCMG reconditioned machines?
The warranty policy does not cover the covering parts and wearing parts. For engine, gearbox, hydraulic pump, distriutor valve and electric system, the warranty period will be 3 months or 500 working hours whichever comes first. If there is any problem within warranty period, XCMG will provide solutions accordingly.
2.How about the quality of your machine?
The procedure of recondition is taking the same criterion of brand new XCMG machines, therefore, quality of machines will be guaranteed. They are ready to work for you and XCMG will provide test report from professtional institute.
