ETI manufactures telescopic, articulated telescopic, overcenter, non-overcenter, and material-handling configurations that it categorizes as Insulated Bucket Truck and Non-Insulated Bucket Truck product groups that target fleet operators and contractors in the telecommunications, electrical utility, municipal, industrial, tree care, and sign markets. ETI also provides parts, training, inspections, and service through a nationwide service center and mobile service fleet network. 

ETI insulated bucket trucks have working heights up to 60 feet (18.3 meters) and non-insulated bucket truck models have up to 48-ft. (14.6-m) working heights on the top end. The ETC 35 SNT, for example, is a non-insulated bucket truck with a 40-ft. (12.2-m) maximum working height and bucket-mounted controls, variable-speed controls, and a standard hydraulic bucket leveling system.
